Rock Art from the American Southwest

This photographic body of work covers the period from 1986 to current times and is one of the most complete photographic collections of Native American Indian Rock Art. These are drawings, incised or painted on rocks. The photographs capture drawings from 5000 to 200 years ago. This body of work includes photographs that represent most of the major tribes of the  Greater Southwest and their unique styles and mythologies. The photographs were taken throughout Wyoming, Utah, New Mexico, Nevada, Arizona, Colorado, California, Baja California, northern Mexico, and Texas. This work has been extensively exhibited. It has been published in three museum catalogs and one book. 

The photographs are black and white and color.
